We have briefly written about Dradis here. Ofcourse that was for version 2. Now, Dradis has been updated to version 2.5!
“dradis is a tool for sharing information during security testing. While plenty of tools exist to help in the different stages of the test, not so many exist to share interesting information captured. When a team of testers is working on the same set of targets, having a common repository of information is essential to avoid duplication of efforts.”
These are the changes made in Dradis v2.5:
- Improved Note editor: bigger, easier to use and supports formatting!
- New First Time User Wizard
- Keep track of all the activity with the built-in RSS feed
- Plugin improvements:
- Upgraded libraries: ExtJS 3.0, Rails 2.3.5
- A new Rake task was added: dradis:backup.
- Rake dradis:reset now creates a backup of the project by default.
- Rake dradis:reset now clears the old log files.
- The structure of the Nmap Upload plugin data was improved.
- Multiple bugs were fixed.
* New HTML Export reporting plugin.
* New Burp Upload plugin so you can use Burp Scanner output.
* New Nikto Upload plugin to use your Nikto scan results.
